1. Information We Collect

PulseDM.ai collects minimal data necessary to automate Instagram Direct Messages and comment replies:

• Instagram Account Data: Account ID, Instagram Handle (@username), and Profile Picture provided via official Meta Graph API authorization.
• Automation Rules: Trigger keywords, target links (e.g., WhatsApp or store links), and custom reply text configured by you.
• Payment Information: Subscription status and transaction references processed via Razorpay. We do not store credit card or UPI credentials on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is strictly used to listen for follower comment webhooks and automatically dispatch requested links to DMs. We never sell, rent, or monetize your data or your followers' information to any third parties.

3. Third-Party Integrations

PulseDM.ai integrates directly with Meta Graph API (Instagram) and Razorpay for billing. Your interactions with these services are governed by their respective privacy policies.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

You can disconnect your Instagram account and wipe all stored rules at any time by clicking the disconnect button (✕) in your dashboard. To request complete account and historical log deletion, contact us at pulsedmofficial@gmail.com.
