You must be the rightful owner or authorized manager of the connected Instagram Creator/Business account. You agree not to use PulseDM.ai for sending spam, abusive content, fraudulent financial links, or unlawful solicitations. Accounts violating these rules will be terminated immediately.
PulseDM.ai offers a free 7-day trial period. Continued access to unlimited automation rules beyond the trial or free limit requires an active Pro subscription (₹499/month), processed securely through Razorpay. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
PulseDM.ai relies on Meta Graph API webhooks to deliver automated responses. We are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages caused by Meta API rate limits, Meta system outages, or expired account access tokens.
